Spinach pineapple shake recipe

Spinach and pineapple are excellent sources of immune-boosting nutrients like vitamin C, plus pineapple also contains a digestive enzyme called bromelain that helps the body digest proteins.

For additional digestion and immunity support, we added glutamine, an amino acid that works to repair and rebuild the cells that line the gut and help to block pathogens from entering the body.
